Service Description

This option is designed for families who have previously sleep trained their child and are encountering a new or temporary challenge around sleep. This package includes: •1 15-minute Discovery Call During this call, we will discuss your concerns surrounding your child's sleep and you will learn how sleep consulting works. •A Comprehensive Sleep Questionnaire The assessment will compile all pertinent information regarding your child's current sleep habits. The information from this assessment will be used to develop your individualized sleep plan. •An Individualized Sleep Plan A detailed plan explaining step-by-step how to get your child on track for healthy sleep patterns. •A 45-minute Consultation During this call, we will review the plan in depth with you and answer any questions you may have before starting the program. This service is intended to be booked after you've completed your initial Discovery Call with us.
